A joke can be just a joke—until it drags a real family into the blast radius. We dive into the latest 50 Cent vs. T.I. flare‑up and why an unflattering photo of Tiny shifted the beef from punchlines to principles. Then we trace how King and Domani stepped up, why their records changed the temperature, and what it says about the difference between a meme win and a music win. If you care about the culture, you’ll hear the case for bringing bars to a bar fight, not someone’s mother.

From there, we zoom out to the bigger questions that keep popping up in our DMs and timelines. Does being “born without consent” mean your parents owe you a lifelong safety net, or does adulthood come with non‑negotiable responsibility? We line that up with a second pressure test: when parents age, do their kids owe them care, and where do boundaries fit when conditions like dementia enter the picture? Expect honest stories, messy truths, and practical wisdom about needs vs. wants, planning ahead, and staying human when caregiving gets hard.

We also tackle the BAFTA outburst that set social media on fire. A man with Tourette syndrome yelled a racial slur during a Black presenters’ segment, and we untangle the real issue: coprolalia explains the involuntary words, but the broadcast’s editorial team chose to air it despite having time to cut. That distinction matters, and so does the reminder to read before you rage. To cleanse the palate, we end with a joyful R&B showdown—Tevin Campbell vs. Boyz II Men—because sometimes the best answer to chaos is a perfect bridge.

If this conversation hit a nerve, follow the show, share it with a friend, and drop your take: did T.I.’s camp already win, and which bridge reigns supreme? Leave a rating and a review to keep the table loud and growing.

SPEAKER_12

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_10

50 Cent Vs T.I.: Tiny, Memes, And Lines Crossed

SPEAKER_06

I'll close eyes, ain't sleepin'. And I'll leave it scares ain' leap. Just sleeping still woke. I don't know how many times I told him. Total but three up about my scroll. Cause you can't agree me with a bed bread, boy. Stroke is when the longest had a pen, boy. I ain't number three with the kidney. I know the win trap. I need the mic as well jump in the boost. But I only put your headers in the ground. Put it on my soul before I have a fun It's been a fun week.

SPEAKER_12

What's going on, guys? How's everybody?

SPEAKER_07

Interesting that you mentioned the whole BBL when me and Shawnee was just having a conversation about these BBLs out here in the industry. Getting wow. And one of hers was an I didn't think of hers in Yeah. Oh, Tinnies. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah, that's not a one unflattering picture. And that started the whole uh 50.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah. I mean, story goes, they was talking about doing the versus. Go ahead and start like promoting whatever. T.I. goes out and he 50 responds like fuck out here, nigga. I ain't trying to do that shit. Um, and then the picture comes out and all this bullshit, and now it leads me to a interesting question. 50 puts the picture out of Tiny, unflattering. BBO looks kind of crazy. Kinda.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah. Right? We already hear he put it out there. So sugarcoat this shit.

SPEAKER_12

And then King, the the the child of T I N Tiny responds. As he should. And and a lot of people is ha have an issue with the child jumping in. I'm not, I'm sorry, young man, I don't want to call him a child. He's he's I th I think he's in his 20s, yes. Maybe. He's the parent. Oh, yeah, so yeah, you know. Uh so the young man jumps in and in defense of his mom. And but people is like, yo, you know, some some people's like stay in your place, little nigga. We don't like you either. But that is his place. I I think so too.

SPEAKER_09

I think I think those were 50 fans.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, I mean I mean, look, it is the bias. It's it's nasty work. I think it's nasty work to even bring in uh T.I.'s wife uh on a versus beef.

SPEAKER_07

But here's my thing with that though, right? So we all know who 50 C is. Oh, he's petty. Everybody got his number. But as petty as he is and as clever as he does his shit, that was that was they don't did that, done that already.

SPEAKER_12

That's that's people been talking about T uh Tiny since escape days. Yeah, yeah. Yeah Miss Piggy and all that shit. Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_07

It's like at that point, it's not like uh not to bring up old memories or but like at that point it's not like and but that's the thing though, like leave it alone.

SPEAKER_09

Intentionally just trying to be disrespectful. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It wasn't even to be like funny.

SPEAKER_12

It was just had nothing to do with the versus battle beef, whatever.

SPEAKER_07

Right, it was straight disrespect. So that and and with that being said, King King had all the right to say something. That's his mama.

SPEAKER_12

And there were a lot of people that was like, absolutely, he should defend his own. I think I think he's all within his right to defend his mom. Yeah, absolutely. Um the shit that he's saying that he's gonna do to a groom. It was fine. I I think it's fine too.

SPEAKER_07

I'm not promoting, I'm not saying I'm promoting that, but I'm just saying. Yo, that right there. But I'm sorry. Fucking hilarious. But Domani, Domani took it. Took it. Now that's my next thing.

SPEAKER_12

He took it. Now, okay, so Crown him King King popped off and said, yo, you ain't gonna talk about my mama in it. T.I. comes in in defense of his son, like, yo, you ain't gonna go back and forth with my son. That's my son. I'm I'm I'm gonna protect my family. King holding his own. I'm I'm proud of that motherfucker for doing that. T.I. now, and then Damani. Man. My man with the Miss Jackson with his mom. He was like, listen, your son up here, legend as he may be, but he's talking on his side of his mouth, and I don't want him to be laying next to you. So talk some sense in this motherfucker or else. Did y'all see the video?

SPEAKER_09

Oh, I didn't see the video. No. T.I., his song he did, and the whole family's at the table. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. His mama over there just like.

SPEAKER_12

And they like happy baby. Yo, and he they flawing they his mama. That is fucking, it's like generations of mamas. Loved it. Motherfucker said, Is that your mom or is that your dad? Yo, that picture was wild. And he said 50 with the drawing of his mom. Yo, this is wrong. We should not laugh at this. But that's a but that's why because we laughed at everything we have. Everything 50 has done. This shit is fucking hilarious, man.

SPEAKER_09

Right.

SPEAKER_12

Why we got the crazy thing? God bless the dead, but yo, you you you open the door. 50 keep doing is coming back with memes. But he all right, so why he doesn't need to rap anymore. And he's and he says this.

SPEAKER_09

So essentially, no, we get that TI. Like, yeah, they don't really need to rap.

SPEAKER_12

But T.I. is from they're supposed to be from the the the school of the ballad and keeping it all music. But let's be real in T in TI if TI keeps this up, he's he he 50 has no chance.

SPEAKER_07

50 has no chance.

SPEAKER_12

Yo, there's like three disc records from T.I. alone. You got one from King, you got one from Damani. I swear to God, uh Buddy uh Red with the guitar is gonna say something. Tiny might as well jump in the booth.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, escape her way to this beef.

SPEAKER_12

I mean, you might as well Did you say skip?

SPEAKER_07

Turn your mic off. No, it's uh escape her way to be Oh my god, stop it. So yeah, I mean I feel like at this point, anything 50 does, like, we get it. You funny, but it's it's you lost. Yeah.

SPEAKER_12

Morally, this is this all this shit isn't right. Morally, like leave people with moms and has morals been in play.

SPEAKER_07

That's that's the thing.

SPEAKER_12

Like, let's be real about that. Just fifth. I I would do the same if you're gonna be.

SPEAKER_07

No, I mean, not even with fifth, like with any kind of beef and whatever's happening. Like, when has morals come to play? I know.

SPEAKER_12

You dig up everything you need to dig up and you use it against them. Like that's that's just battle.

SPEAKER_07

That's all, you know what I mean?

SPEAKER_09

There's nothing else at this point that can be done that 50 can do because when they produced that picture of his my father, I was like, yo, I'm done.

SPEAKER_07

Like it's crazy. No, that shit took me out because I did question. I was like, is that his father or his mother? Like, yeah, I was like, is that his my uncle? Like, let me find out she asexual.

SPEAKER_12

Yo. Hey, I mean, whatever 50 do from here on out. Even if it's just memes, this shit's better be some funny ass meme. This shit's supposed to be those memes it has to be like some I I can't stop breathing. Like, I stopped breathing laughing.

SPEAKER_07

At this point, 50's gonna have to come out with another documentary called T.I. in my surgeries because I'm just saying, like, at this point, there's nothing he can do.

SPEAKER_12

And also, I think he's kind of just protecting his next uh ventures. Like, he got deals lined up with things, so I think he won't take that road. Because his last couple memes was like, I'm giving him a point and y'all can't take a joke or type shit. He took his little picture with Tyler P. Yeah, yeah. And it's like, nah, dog, we need a little bit more from you. You know what I'm saying? In this culture that we call hip hop.

SPEAKER_07

But that's the thing right there. So he was comfortable in his bag because he know where he in the position that he's in. Yeah, and he was dishing him out until you got every time, like, you gotta understand when you when you're that type of person and you do those type of things, you're going to meet your match at some point. Absolutely. Oh, yeah. And he was comfortable with just doing whatever the fuck he wanted with like that whole Diddy shit, that nigga ran around the earth with that shit.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

And now he thought he was gonna do that shit with T.I. T.I. said absolutely not.

SPEAKER_12

You know who's the happiest right now? Right. Yeah, y'all remember that that thing in um uh pursuit of happiness with Will Smith, you know, uh his character was clapping at the end because he got the job. Uh-huh. That's Ja Rule right now.

SPEAKER_09

T.I. should have done a song with Ja Rule. That would have been like.

SPEAKER_12

Ja Rule's, he's clapping like, oh my god. Look at that family.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah.

SPEAKER_12

I wish I had a family like that. Nah, I don't think T.I.

SPEAKER_07

should have done a song with Ja Rule. Leave that over there.

SPEAKER_09

No, I'm saying that. No, I get what you mean.

SPEAKER_07

But I feel like leave that over there. That's I don't know. That whole Ja Rule 50 thing, that's just like. That ain't never going nowhere. It's not, but it's like.

Should Kids Clap Back? King And Domani Respond

SPEAKER_09

Yeah, but if Ja Rule could rap like T.I., this won't be a problem. You understand what I'm doing? Not even because 50 don't even rap against Ja Rule. Right. Well, yeah, he did. He just does funny. He just bought out them.

SPEAKER_07

He just bought rows of his concerts.

SPEAKER_12

Originally, there was records that he was rapping about Ja Rule Bangster and all that shit. And it was on records first. But the back then.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, I'm saying rapping, yeah.

SPEAKER_12

The fact is, there was a there is an old beef between them two, between 50 and TI that was prior to the to the verses thing.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, but he wasn't rapping about shit.

SPEAKER_12

But he did, he did mention, he did have a verse about it. I I I seen it, I just can't remember the record. But it was like light taps, really. You know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_07

So Because you know what it is? Like sometimes you know who you can and who you cannot.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah. Absolutely. Yeah, T.I.

SPEAKER_07

ain't afraid of nobody. He thought, he thought, alright, I'ma do this and throw that out there. Like, come on now. You know that man's a very sensitive man about his family. Oh yeah. He I'm sure T.I. has been here and all that shit about his wife his whole life. They've been together. Yeah.

SPEAKER_10

Just respectful.

SPEAKER_12

I mean, I I'm I'm looking forward to seeing what for you do, but at this point, I'm about music, I'm about the culture, I'm about the music beef. Uh-huh. T.I. got it right now.

SPEAKER_07

At this point, I feel like T.I. got it, and it's nothing else that needs to be done.

SPEAKER_12

I think the Monty record is better than all the records combined. That Miss Jackson shit is fucking phenomenal.

SPEAKER_07

It's very clever.

SPEAKER_09

At this point, there has been so many missiles shot at 50.

SPEAKER_07

Well, he took nine of them, so.

SPEAKER_09

He hasn't come back with anything.

SPEAKER_07

I mean, if he had a better relationship with his sons, they probably would have.

SPEAKER_09

But like he hasn't come back with anything.

SPEAKER_12

Michael Jordan's kids didn't pan out.

SPEAKER_09

Michael Jordan's kids.

SPEAKER_12

I'll let you finish your thought.

SPEAKER_09

And this these times now, you have to be very quick with your your stuff, or people lose interest very quickly. And at this point, it's like if you wait any longer, ain't nobody checking for your own.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, this is this is uh this is either gonna die in the next couple days unless TI keeps dropping disc records, which I think he should do. Right. Because stay on his ass like 50 stay on Jaru ass. That's how you kind of get rid of him. If you can use it.

SPEAKER_07

I think he already got rid of him. Honestly, like because 50's usually so he is. And now he's just like, alright, I'm gonna let that shit die. That's why he put that shit out, like, oh, it was a joke, I'm getting on the plane. That was him saying, Alright, nigga, I'm good. Right, right. That's what that was. That's why I went seeing shit. It was like, no. He's all set.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Start shit if you don't want to.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, you don't want no smoke, then yeah. He's all set. Yeah. But anyway. Hey, Damani, Demonie got it for me. That Miss Jackson shit is fucking hilarious. I mean, King came out with a record after that. It was the Y-N version of you know, King just angry. Yeah, but Damani got it for me. That war shit is hard about T.I. too, but yeah. That talking to your mom shit, like, yo. Yeah, that was that shit is fire. Anyway, I went on a tangent. Uh, if you're new to the show, I am Mister.

SPEAKER_07

And I am um Long Back Willie, also known as That Women Nini. And I am Tipmaster, also known as Sean A. Did you say tip or tip that is Mr.

SPEAKER_12

Mouth Move.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, I get it. Hey T U.

SPEAKER_12

Mm-hmm. And uh how oh shit. How was uh how was your week in, weekend? How is everything up so far?

SPEAKER_07

This is the first time you tried to move past some bullshit.

SPEAKER_12

I am. Actually, I wasn't paying attention to what y'all saying, so I was just trying to block y'all. Anyway, how was y'all weekend weekend? Okay, good. Any plans?

SPEAKER_09

Um has a a celebration.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah. I do have a celebration coming now. She has a birthday coming. Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, that's right. Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Yo. Over the hill. No, I was over the hill last year.

SPEAKER_12

She's under the hill now. Oh. Because what is it? 55. 50s. Oh, I thought it was 50s. The hill is 50, right? Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Y'all bitches ain't shit. What's some holes and tricks?

SPEAKER_09

That's a mountain. How are you celebrating your um nuptials?

SPEAKER_07

I haven't figured that out yet.

SPEAKER_09

No.

SPEAKER_07

No, I'm still deciding. I know it's ignoring it.

SPEAKER_12

It's in a couple days, innit?

SPEAKER_07

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah. It sucks as in the middle of the week.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, I know. But I mean, I haven't really considered it because usually sometimes I'll do something the weekend before, but I'm actually going to an art gallery. Um tomorrow with my daughter. So for her art. Her art, yes.

SPEAKER_09

She's showing art? Yeah. Nice. Yeah, nice. Absolutely proud of her.

SPEAKER_12

Congratulations to her.

SPEAKER_09

What gallery? Oh, nice. That that I just figured if people wanted to go and support it.

SPEAKER_12

It's called Art Gallery. I know it's in a city. I know it's in a big city. It's in New York, yeah. It's in a big city, so uh, you know.

SPEAKER_09

It's gallery.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

It's a gallery.

SPEAKER_12

And this is where this is where they see the thing, see the art and put and bid, they bid on the art, right? This is one of those you go to the gr gallery and they'll be like, oh, I want that.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, they they'll purchase something. Yeah, yeah. And big money too. I don't know if it's like that, but I think it's it's gonna be big money. Black that one right there.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah.

SPEAKER_12

Like 20K, 10K for art piece. Could. I mean, it's possible. You never know. I mean I mean Boski, I got her sister started.

SPEAKER_07

I wish her all the best of luck though. Like, I wish her too. I wish y'all best of luck.

SPEAKER_12

Good for her.

SPEAKER_07

I ain't packed yet. I'm leaving tomorrow morning, so. Early tomorrow morning?

SPEAKER_12

Like how early is early?

SPEAKER_07

Uh the Yeah, it's early.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

No, we uh our train is at eight, so.

Has 50 Lost The Battle Or Just The Moment

SPEAKER_12

Oh okay. Well good shit. Tell her tell her good luck.

SPEAKER_07

But I haven't figured it out what I want to do, but we'll see.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, well, you do let us know. We'll celebrate with you. A couple hours before going to bed.

SPEAKER_07

Not a couple hours before going to bed.

SPEAKER_12

Sean, what's going on? How was your week or weekend?

SPEAKER_09

Legs in the ear.

SPEAKER_12

Oh. Uh mine was good.

SPEAKER_07

Because your legs was in the ear? Oh no, I meant you. Oh no.

SPEAKER_04

Right.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, that right. Yeah, three legs in the side.

SPEAKER_09

Mine was good. I'm sick of the snow.

SPEAKER_12

Oh. Wow. Yes, I'm sick of snow too.

SPEAKER_09

This shit. I'm sick of the snow. This snow is crazy. I can't do it no more. Sick of mister. But I was trying to move past it.

SPEAKER_12

I am happy that winter is back.

SPEAKER_09

Winter is coming.

SPEAKER_12

We haven't had we haven't had a good winter in a few years.

SPEAKER_09

Um, why are you happy about that? Those were good winters.

SPEAKER_12

No, no, I'm sick. No, I'm saying. Like, at some point I missed kind of the snow. Nah, we rarely had snow. It's it's good to have. Because you remember, it used to snow like right after Thanksgiving. And two, like, you're not being a real New Englander right now. I know.

SPEAKER_09

I I was spoiled. New Englanders bitch about this. Yeah, we do. We know we live here. Yeah, we do. You know, we have multiple seasons. Yeah, we're still bitching. Yeah, even though we're gonna be able to do it. I love the last couple.

SPEAKER_12

I love the last couple years because it snowed like twice.

SPEAKER_09

And those of us that leave always come back. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_12

Yes. I damn sure left to a warmer climate and came back.

SPEAKER_09

Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_12

I don't know why. I don't know why I came back to this cold as Tundra.

SPEAKER_07

Not Tundra. Get out of here. At this point, it don't matter where the fuck you go now.

SPEAKER_12

I know. Yeah. Global warming, man. Crazy. Like it snowed like halfway through the country. Like, it started from like Texas.

SPEAKER_07

Trumple warning.

SPEAKER_12

And it snowed all the way, like places that shouldn't get snow got snow. Which is weird. Which is weird. Anyway. Sure. Sure, because people couldn't burn snow. People trying to light snow on fire. Like, come on. Anyway, I had a good weekend.

SPEAKER_09

What's that? And the update on the um, I know you said that you were um looking for alternate uh places of employment and you put in Oh yeah, I did.

SPEAKER_12

I did. Um I got a response of that they received it and it would be moving on to Okay. That's about it. Uh I went my son had a playoff his first college playoff game. How'd that go? Now let me tell you something, y'all. Look, there's there's there's one thing when you have a coach that know that knows what to do what to do. Like me. Situational. Situational coaching for situational basketball. Um look, my my son He had an ankle injury, so he's kind of coming off of ankle injury. So he's like 85%, but he could go. He's good. He's he's good to go. So he didn't really get playing time the first half, and we're down 22 points. Jeez. At the end of the first half. That's crazy. He gets in. 22 points is wild. He gets in, the momentum shifts a little bit. I I know I say this as a parent of a basketball player and my child playing, but my son really impacts the game when he gets in. And I'm not trying to blow smoke, and I'm not trying to pat myself on the back because he's my son. He actually he absolutely. He absolutely changed the dynamic of the team. Yeah. He's 6'5, 6'6. He can run, he can run the floor, he can finish at the basket, he can shoot. He could he got a bag of things he could do. He gets in, fast break, already, puts, gets a two-pointer, gets the momentum going. We start getting picking up points. He plays defense. Like that's what he likes to do. His best thing to do is play defense. He goes blocks, uh, rebounds and stuff. So first quarter goes, we down 22, cool. Second half starts, he's on the bench. We go down like 25. He gets in. He gets in, and the momentum changes. We go on a damn near 18-2 run with him him and a point guard at the helm. We go now, we're down by nine. Think of that. We're down by nine. And he takes him out the game. Takes him out the game. And why do you think he does that? I have no idea.

SPEAKER_09

He takes him- I don't know what the hell he's doing.

SPEAKER_12

He takes him out the game, and then one of the the the opposing team's like guard goes for like eight straight shots, buries them all, all mid-range shots, killing them. Whoever's guarding this guy can't guard him. That's crazy. Right? They go back up 10, 2 minutes left. He pulls all the starters off, throws all the bench players in, and gives up on the fucking game. Gives up on the game. Literally, he he throws the game away. I was so fucking pissed. I would have been pissed. I I am so you can and you can tell all season everybody was like, he is an AAU coach. He's treating this college team like an AAU team because he he he substitute like there's no other player. Like he su he substituted more times in the last eight minutes of the first quarter than they scored.

SPEAKER_07

That's crazy.

SPEAKER_12

We scored three points in the last eight minutes of the first quarter, and he he subbed more times than we scored. And I'm like, yo, settle on a fucking five. Let them go. Let them work. Let them change, get the momentum, let them build some kind of something. Like let them fight their way out of it. And then he nah it's switched to the stuff.

SPEAKER_09

That's what I've been trying to tell them, but they don't ever want to listen to my point of view. I've been coaching for way too long for them to not value.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, I didn't know your Boochie talks. Yes, that is motivational. That is motivational. Say it again for the people who need it out there.

SPEAKER_07

No, don't say it. Yeah.

SPEAKER_12

I hope all of y'all heard that in your date.

SPEAKER_07

Thank you. Now you're about to have a bunch of people knocking out the door.

SPEAKER_02

Yo, Boochie saved my life.

SPEAKER_07

We need security at the studio.

SPEAKER_12

But yeah, I'm I'm just I'm out of that. But the good news out of that is he uh he he he got recruited to a D3, so he's transferring after this season.

Host Intros, Life Updates, Art Show, Winter Talk

SPEAKER_09

So congrats to him. That's what's so congrats.

SPEAKER_12

That's it. That's all I had to do for them. Yes. You see big things coming for you too?

SPEAKER_09

Powers activate. I would say you're disrespectful, but yes, you can predict the future.

SPEAKER_12

Yo. I asked uh Nene what her superpower would be if she ever was a superhero. You know what she said?

SPEAKER_07

You really keep lying to everybody. You gonna cut that shit out. I ain't never fucking say that. Stop it.

SPEAKER_12

What's going on in the world?

SPEAKER_07

Absolutely unnecessary, my guy. Happy to spread the lies. Spreading everything.

SPEAKER_12

She said her name will be Queef Tash.

SPEAKER_07

No, I did not. That was never that never came out of my mouth. Oh my god. It didn't come out of there either.

SPEAKER_12

Yo. That is wild. Anyway, I'm sorry.

SPEAKER_07

Moving along.

SPEAKER_09

Let's get back on track. So we have a 21-year-old man who has ignited a debate online about the fact that he refuses to work because he says that he was born without his consent. I'm sorry. His argument.

SPEAKER_12

Is he white?

SPEAKER_09

His argument is pretty simple. He says.

SPEAKER_12

I might that's the first question I asked. I'm sorry out there. He might he might be something else.

SPEAKER_07

That's that division we were just talking about.

SPEAKER_12

White people doing white things. That's fighting.

SPEAKER_07

It's probably even not.

SPEAKER_09

But go ahead. Since he never chose to be born, his parents are responsible for financially supporting him for life. He argues that being forced to work for a life he didn't ask for is inherently unjust, and the responsibility lies with those who brought him into the world. That statement that he's made has sparked millions of responses on social media with opinions sharply divided on whether his reasoning is absurd or actually kind of logical. Some critics have labeled him as immature, entitled, and a symbol of what's wrong with the younger generations, claiming that personal responsibilities begin at adulthood, regardless of your birth circumstances. People that support him, however, have said that his stance as a critique of modern work culture and the pressures placed on individuals who had no say in their own existence. Some have even tied his views to a phil philosophy that questions the morality of bringing new life into the world. What are your thoughts on that?

SPEAKER_07

So I I'm gonna be funny with mine. But technically, like the household was supposed to take care of their household. We were not, if you really think about it, like we were originally work like doing things to as a family to just take care of our family. It was never us doing these things to put in for somebody else to benefit off of what we're doing. So what he's saying kind of makes sense, but not in the aspect of oh, you gave birth to me. All of us was g uh birthed without uh name one person who said, Yeah, I'll be born. Me. Shut the fuck up.

SPEAKER_12

Well here here's what here's my um rebuttal to that. I think my theory is when men get horny, that's the kids in the ball sack saying they want to leave. That's permission to leave. You're asking permission by feeling to leave.

SPEAKER_07

I don't even know how to pronounce it as long.

SPEAKER_12

So when you release, you're granting permission and giving your consent for the millions of them to get out of the home and explore the world of an egg. So the feeling of horniness is the is consent.

SPEAKER_09

But are you So your dick is the gatekeeper?

SPEAKER_12

Dick is the gatekeeper.

SPEAKER_09

Are you saying that the feeling of horny is horniness of children that you uh become horny because all of them have created that feeling, or do you get horny simply off of one? Individuals, the millions of individuals rally. But are you certain that all of them is what made this person horny? Can you get horny if you only have one sperm? Yeah. So how do you know that all of them participated in that consultation? Because that's their job. No, not all of them were. Some of them could have been shot out and they had no say in it. All because one of the motherfuckers was like, let me out.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, yeah. And that person won.

SPEAKER_09

And so then his argument is actually very much valid.

SPEAKER_12

So if that person won, if he won, he did ask.

SPEAKER_09

I it's it's funny.

SPEAKER_12

He tickled his daddy's ball sack and said, release me. He didn't consciously know what he was doing, though. Which makes the difference if he yeah, so yeah, I can see it.

SPEAKER_07

You get a confidence in this man's voice as he talks his bullshit. Oh my god.

SPEAKER_09

It's funny though, like, if you really like, if you think about like his argument behind it, it makes sense. Actually, not wrong. Like, people make a decision to bring a life or lives into this world to ultimately say, Alright, I've had enough of dealing with your ass. Go pay these. You go do this shit on your own. They had no say in this. Is that a very selfish way of providing your own happiness because you decided that you wanted to have someone that looked like you come into the world, and then you decided to say at this point in your life, you're gonna have to do this on your own.

SPEAKER_12

I think it's bad, Parenton. What part of it? For him to feel like he can't he don't want to do shit is like No, I mean just the the argument in general.

SPEAKER_09

I'm not I'm taking him out of it. I'm saying the argument of we technically did not have a say in any of this. So it goes right back to my point I made.

SPEAKER_12

Is it really like our responsibility to now have to Well, it's our responsibility to to prepare the child for a life uh when they get older that they didn't ask for. Yeah, so I mean so if you don't want it, if you don't want the life, don't do it. Yeah, no. No. Then go go go figure out the life that you want.

SPEAKER_09

The life he wants is the one that he was given, which is you brought me here, so take care of me. I did. Yeah, but how come you get a cutoff when you made the decision?

SPEAKER_12

That's the rules of the game.

SPEAKER_09

No, that's the rules that you decided to have.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

But that's not the rules. That's the rules society game. Right. Which brings me back to society.

SPEAKER_12

His parents' rule is the cutoff date is 21. Get the fuck out of here. Well, it might not be 20. It might not be 21, but who's to him to say what rule can what rules can be?

SPEAKER_07

All he has to say is he's just not ready to take care of himself, clearly. Yeah.

SPEAKER_12

And so you force him to take care of himself.

SPEAKER_07

They're not forcing him to take care of himself. That's why he said what he's saying.

SPEAKER_09

Right. I'm just being devil.

SPEAKER_07

That's the only reason why he's saying that.

SPEAKER_09

I'm just saying I have to take care of him. I think it's funny because he's technically not wrong. He's not wrong.

SPEAKER_07

No, he's not.

SPEAKER_09

He's not. But it's like at the end of the day, unfortunately, this is the system that society has created.

SPEAKER_12

So techn I'm I'm all full of jokes here. I'm not, but technically he's not wrong. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. But technically, he's not wrong, right? But what happens when the support system passes away?

SPEAKER_07

Then he has to figure his shit out.

SPEAKER_12

What is he gonna do? He's gonna still end up having to do the same thing they was gonna do when they was live. So why not be prepared with the people like, yeah, look, go out and take care of your friends.

SPEAKER_07

That's one of those, that's one of those you fucked around and found out moments. Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Lesson learned. So so yeah, I mean Or his parents could have uh because he decided to bring a life into the world, they decided to set up. Take him out? No. Oh, they set him up like so that he would always be taken care of because I mean if they got it like that, might as well.

SPEAKER_12

I mean, that's what millionaires do.

SPEAKER_07

I I'm sure they got it like that. That's why he's acting like that. Yeah. You're not gonna say that to your mom.

SPEAKER_09

Fuck no.

SPEAKER_07

You're not gonna say that to your mom.

SPEAKER_09

Well, nothing, I don't know. Yeah. I mean, there's a lot of people that aren't millionaires that could have million-dollar insurance. Yeah, that's true. Set your kids up in a way. You don't have to be rich to set your kids up.

SPEAKER_07

Sometimes you don't know. Right. Like, you just don't tell them and they won't act like that.

SPEAKER_12

All of a sudden, your parents die and they get millionaires. So it's like, oh.

SPEAKER_07

Well, we could say he probably never had no kids. Well, yeah. I I mean he does.

SPEAKER_12

I'm not shitting on his man. I'm not shitting on this man's plight. I mean, if his if that's how he feels, that's how he feels. I mean, he has a point, but this is the real world, so yeah.

College Hoops Rant: Coaching, Minutes, Momentum

SPEAKER_09

I mean, I'd be like, all right, well, if that's how you feel, you know what? You're absolutely right. And my be bringing you into this world, I am responsible for making sure you're fed and a roof over your head. That's it. It's the extent of my parenting and my responsibility. Anything else you gotta figure out, that is simply your wants and not your needs. Yep. So go at it. And this is my house.

SPEAKER_12

There's a roof over your head, but it's my house.

SPEAKER_09

And if you like your own roof, yeah, there you go.

SPEAKER_12

So yeah. Good luck, guy.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, for real.

SPEAKER_12

You lazy bad. I didn't want to say it, but whatever. Stop tickling your daddy's ball sack.

SPEAKER_09

Ah, maybe he might get a little more money.

SPEAKER_12

Maybe. Yo, that little dance you just did. That little neck jig you did. Neck jig? That's how you get them, dude.

SPEAKER_07

All right, so here's one real quick. You. I meant to finish the sentence.

SPEAKER_11

I was to rub it.

SPEAKER_07

Oh shit, go ahead. So this kind of plays off of Sean Age is, you know, one of his his topic. His thing? No. Do you think you're do you think it's your responsibility to take care of your parents? At what point?

SPEAKER_12

Any point?

SPEAKER_07

At any point.

SPEAKER_12

So oh this is this is this is technically the same, kind of you think about it, right? What type of taking care of?

SPEAKER_07

Is it your responsibility? Do you think it's your responsibility to take care of care of your parents?

SPEAKER_09

You always have to have a stipulation or some kind of No, because my I think the question is more like, oh, if um like your parents get older.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, like are you do you think it's your responsibility to take care of them?

SPEAKER_09

If something happens to them and they can't take care of themselves, yes.

SPEAKER_12

Okay in that in that light, yes. I I I I I wouldn't mind taking care. I I my mom just had a foot surgery, and I I was I've been taking care of her to the best of my ability, but you know, she's stubborn, she's gonna walk around on a damn foot when they told her not to. But I I did go over there, I worked from over there, I made sure she wasn't, you know, I mean, got a fool, got whatever. That's a good man. Just because she couldn't move around, you know what I'm saying? So, and I know how I know how she is.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah.

SPEAKER_12

So, but once that foot was good, I'm oh she was like, I'm good.

SPEAKER_09

I can move my toe.

SPEAKER_12

I check, I check in now and then, like, hey, you good? I like I actually took it to the doctor's appointment today to make sure, you know what I mean? She could get back, but once you get back on her feet, then it's like she would tell me, you know, she she got it, she good, she good, she good. Then turn around and complain to my siblings, like nobody do nothing for her.

SPEAKER_09

So, like if your mother got older and couldn't really take care of herself anymore, you know what she told me that was your responsibility.

SPEAKER_12

You know what she told me? She said if she she gets to a point where like it's a we we she call she will call herself a burden. Uh-huh. She's like, just shoot me. I was like, yo.

SPEAKER_09

That's crazy. Yo, she's setting you up, huh?

SPEAKER_12

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Right?

SPEAKER_12

She doesn't want to be the thing with my mom, she doesn't want to be a burden to nobody. She wants to go out her own way, the way she wants to, without a shotgun. Yo, she don't want to be shotgun salad. She don't want to hinder anybody else. She don't want to put no burden on anybody else. She don't want to do anything. She she wants to be go as peacefully and want everybody to be okay, and that's that. Like, she don't want to do anything. The crazy part with that is like you can't really control that. You can't, like, because we're gonna do all that shit anyway.

SPEAKER_07

Like, you gotta stop. And she knows that, but she she's just trying, she's just being a stubborn. That's not being stubborn, that's that um that's what I want, yeah, but I'm gonna say otherwise because I'm not gonna ask y'all for shit.

SPEAKER_12

That that's exactly what that is. Gemini woman. Yeah. So but would you feel it was your responsibility? Oh, yeah. I I'll definitely do it. Yeah. I know my father passed, and it wasn't my responsibility then. Yeah. I didn't give a shit. See, it's it's see, my my dynamic is is different.

SPEAKER_07

He be so tentos down on that shit, too. Like you be looking for a little little bit of like, and he just be like, oh, fuck that shit.

SPEAKER_09

You know what I'm saying? Like, if he didn't give a shit, he wouldn't have played as active of a as a role as he did.

SPEAKER_12

That is very true. Yeah. But I was doing it on behalf of my sister. Were you really? Yes. That's more because she asked me. That's you know, I would. You slept with my sister? That's a big step for you, Sean. Uh-huh. Yeah. Yo, the yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Yo, congratulations to you.

SPEAKER_07

I like how he flipped that on you. And I ate it.

SPEAKER_12

Got that tickling feeling.

SPEAKER_07

You know?

SPEAKER_12

Huh? Y'all shared?

SPEAKER_07

What?

SPEAKER_12

That's what I'm saying. Oh my god.

SPEAKER_07

Got it.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah.

SPEAKER_12

Wow. This is what we're doing right now.

SPEAKER_09

See how it comes right back? It's always yeah, where were you going with that?

SPEAKER_12

Double teaming. Anyway. So yeah. I'll I it it depends on the relationship with the parent. I I I I was reluctant to do it. Yeah. And I obviously I didn't give a fuck because I canceled all the fucking things after getting pissed off. So but for my mother, I want to do that. Yeah. I mean, I I I'll take care of her until whenever. Nene?

SPEAKER_07

Oh yeah. Right. I always feel like I owe you. Owe for your parents? Yep. I always feel like I owe my parents. Much as me, so me and my mother had like a little rocky relationship, but you know, over the years, therapy, you get over that shit. And when you mature and realize that your parents is humans. People gonna feel the way they feel. Absolutely. You know what I'm saying? So um, nah, I would definitely take care. But if it gets to the point I told my mother though, I said, if she in the I can't do dementia patients. I can't do it.

SPEAKER_12

Yo, if she got I can't.

SPEAKER_07

I'm sorry.

SPEAKER_12

Raming the streets butt-negged talking about.

SPEAKER_07

No, I told her, I said, I said, either one of your grandchildren is gonna take you in or you're going in the home. I can't do it. She's like, you wouldn't wipe your mother's butt? No.

SPEAKER_12

Well, that was my job for 13 years, so I don't mind that.

SPEAKER_07

I'll pass it on over.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah. But I wouldn't wipe my mother's butt either. I'd hire you to my mother would I my mother would kill the body.

SPEAKER_07

She would spite you tooth and nail.

SPEAKER_12

Before she let anybody wash her body other than her. She would not. She again, she just got surgery on her foot.

SPEAKER_09

If she has Alzheimer's or dementia, she won't know.

SPEAKER_12

She'll know. She wouldn't know.

SPEAKER_07

Nah, when I'm like watching my grandmother, like she wouldn't know. No. For some reason, like it's certain times where that dementia or that Alzheimer's Alzheimer's kicked in, and then they like remember everything and they real alert. And you'd be like, do you really got that shit?

SPEAKER_12

Because not for nothing. I think the relationship between her and my sister, my sister would come back and and do whatever she it's slowly being repaired, but I think uh my sister would come back and and take care of that if I would.

SPEAKER_07

She definitely would. Yeah, she definitely would. Because I won't.

SPEAKER_12

No. No, I won't, I won't. Uh-uh. I do everything else. Yeah. Even when I was out at my job, I used to work for taking care of uh the elderly with uh disabilities. We they we took in a female uh patient and I would not I would not go in there, I would not shower her. Nope, nope, nope.

SPEAKER_07

I had to shower my father. I would stand him in the shower, get a hose, and be like, looked at him just like you. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. That was so inappropriate. Let me call my dad. I'm about to tell what you said. Sorry, sir. Like that, you know my co-host. That's crazy. You're just like your dad.

SPEAKER_08

Anyway.

SPEAKER_07

Would you? I definitely know you take care of your parents.

SPEAKER_12

Oh, yeah. That's not with with no hesitation. Some days you probably take care of it.

SPEAKER_07

I'll sign his ass up to take care of the pillow.

SPEAKER_04

I'll sign his ass up. Remember this shit. Pinch him. Yo.

SPEAKER_07

Not pinch him. Yo, they really. You probably pitch your mother. You ain't pitching your father.

SPEAKER_09

Yo. I'm walking by. Like you said, you want soup today? Who hit me? I'll be like, what's wrong?

SPEAKER_11

Somebody just hit me.

SPEAKER_09

That's horrible. I would not do that. That's not on the record.

SPEAKER_04

Well, uh.

SPEAKER_09

But yeah, I would I would take a care. So did you guys see the um the British Academy uh film awards?

SPEAKER_07

Oh, that's what that is.

“Born Without Consent” And Work Responsibility

SPEAKER_09

Yeah, where um Michael Michael B. Jordan and Del Roy Lindo were uh presenting an award for the night, and a man by the name of John Davidson, who suffers from Tourette syndrome, started hurling uh the N-word multiple times while they were um presenting the award.

SPEAKER_12

Um you want to start or can I start All right, first off I'm torn.

SPEAKER_09

I'm torn because I know that with Tourette their taste becomes very vulgar um responses. Um and that's verbal and physical. Um I don't have Tourette's, I don't work with people with Tourette's. I am not that educated on it to know whether or not someone with Tourette's is absolutely aware of the specific words that they're using at the time that they use it. But I think it's just very, very coincidental that a white man happens to have Tourette's and the word that is used when there are two black presenters on stage that that is what happens to be the vocabulary that comes out. There are so many other vulgar words and terms that could have been used, and yet that was the one that was used in it. It's almost it makes you have to wonder like, well, is this part of your vocabulary, or has it been part of your vocabulary previously? Um, is this a way, even though you have Tourette's, and so we know that you have ticks that are involuntary? This is your way to get out your true feelings at times, or is this absolutely beyond your control because you just don't have control of Tourette's? Now, saying that, I also watched a video of a black girl that comes from to just looking for that video, and she was giving a um a breakdown in defense of this man and the fact that she believes that there is no control over what comes out. It's a it's a certain term for that type of tourette. Yes, yeah, and I know for a lot of people, especially black people, it's very hard to believe something like that because we're sick of the shit. Right. Um, I know this man has come out. I don't believe at this time that there has even been a very sincere apology, though.

SPEAKER_12

I don't think he needs to apologize.

SPEAKER_09

Um my issue is more is less with him. Yep. Because he has a a condition, yeah. And that wasn't the only thing that he said outside of the racial is the fact that this isn't live. It's a two-hour delay. And they chose to not edit that, they chose to play it. My man.

SPEAKER_07

Yes, because they edit out the uh the derogatory slur that he said about the LGP LG, you know, the LGP's general penises, yes, yeah, about you know, the gay community he had said they edit that too.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah. And in I have no issue with the guy. Um, it's looking at that same video with the the young lady who was explaining Tourette's and just being around people with Tourette's in my previous job, it's they cannot control that.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah.

SPEAKER_12

It it comes out when they're nervous, especially when they're quiet. It comes out, it's it's just a a neuron, uh, uh some neurolog uh what they call it. Neurological neurological uh like the snaps. Yeah, it's like misfiring. You can't control misfiring.

SPEAKER_09

I think the only question that people have is why would that is if there were two white presenters, would that word have been one of the ticks? Can't tell. And that's why people are so it's so hard for some people to say somewhat, you know, but he was presenting the his movie about himself.

SPEAKER_07

He knew they were coming up there to present that. So, like, I get what you're saying because it I teetered with that as well. I was like, that's a really, really, really thin line.

SPEAKER_12

Things trigger certain things would trigger certain ticks.

SPEAKER_07

But from what I'm understanding, but beyond the fact of like, let's just really focus on the real issue here, though. Yeah, I'm just gonna be. No, no, no, not that. Not that not that.

SPEAKER_12

I ain't gonna get it. Not the tourist, not even that.

SPEAKER_07

I wasn't I'm just talking about no no I'm just talking about black people, period. Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

We're we're we're so uh what's the word? Conditioned sensitive? Yeah, not even it it's I don't even think it's really sensitive anymore. It's like it's it's it's just natural, it's a natural uh trigger for us when it comes to that. Like we're anything, we're so suspicious of everything, like everybody's intent when a lot of times it's really not that.

SPEAKER_12

I I don't put anything past people's intent, but I'm not gonna put that content on a person with a Tourette disease. You understand?

SPEAKER_07

Like But it but again that could either go either way because again, you have some people it's so suspicious, it's like, oh, he got Tourette's.

SPEAKER_12

That means he can uh yell out words that he the Tourette's didn't make him yell.

SPEAKER_07

Like that's my thing I'm saying about the suspicion.

SPEAKER_12

Right, that's that's the suspicion.

SPEAKER_07

That's that's the suspicion of it. I'm not saying like it's wrong, I'm just saying that's where we are.

SPEAKER_12

I understand it, but people who think like that, I mean if they don't one, they don't really understand Tourette's and they don't care to, they just hear the word and react to the word.

SPEAKER_07

No, I understand Tourette's and I felt that way at first too.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, see, but as soon as I knew it was Tourette's, I I can't hold it against him because I understand what Tourette's do. Okay, okay, the the word is offensive. I get it. He can't control it. Okay, I get that. Here's what here's what I got a problem with. One you're at a they announce that this person in the audience has Tourette's. So in the audience, there is a forewarning. Hey, you might hear some stuff throughout this uh event. Um, it's because of the Tourette's. Just be mindful, be uh patient. All these kind of warnings saying, hey, you might hear some shit you might not like because of the Tourette's. So one, any everybody in that audience know that things like that will happen. Two, um Michael B. Jordan and uh uh Delroy. The way they handle that with so much class, because one, they understand who the movie they're pre presenting is about a man with durettes. They two they understand durettes, and three, the reaction didn't didn't didn't have to cause this wildfire. Based on their reaction, this wildfire shouldn't even be because if any two men men up would have got offended uh been offended, they would have been the one to inspect speak up at that moment. I wouldn't I wouldn't I wouldn't put it past them to say stop everything and say something about that word, right?

SPEAKER_07

I see something real quick about that. So I understand that, but the people that's mainly in the upright uproar weren't there. Right. So that's my thing. And it's like how the clip is played and how it came out and was distributed, media plays such this big role on the vision of everything where people see a clip and automatically we're out because nobody fucking reads. No. We we we've talked about this at work. Yeah, nobody reads, right? Nobody researches, nobody does their due diligence to find out information on their own. It's just off of what they saw, what somebody told them, instead of actually digging deeper. Because again, when I initially saw that, I didn't even know what fucking what they say, BAFTA, whatever. I didn't even, when you said the British, whatever, I'm like, I've never heard of it because it's nothing I've been interested in. This is the first time I've heard about this award show. Like, you know what I'm saying? And um for me to look at it like that, I'm like, oh, well, damn, that's fucked up. But then as I listen more, research, yeah. Yeah, it's like, okay, that makes sense. But I will still play devil's advocate and say that that shit still doesn't sit in the back of my mind, but it's only because we are conditioned to think that you think that way.

SPEAKER_09

I don't think that. I I don't think that way, but we're also conditioned to believe something somebody tells us, something someone tells us. And so we only know I'm not though that well, yeah, I know when I mean it's a matter of okay, we have a condition or a disease, and we have people who study and work with that condition or disease. And so they over the course of their career and studies and research and working with these individuals, come up with certain um with certain uh diagnoses and characteristics to where they can say, yup, this is this is this, this is this, this is what will come with this, this is what will come with that. We have to take what they say and either say, Yep, I agree that that is what they're saying is factual information. Well you don't know that all of everything that they say is factual information, or that some of it sometimes is just what they believe is the case. There are a lot of times where everything is chalked up to mental health, and we are led to believe that people who suffer from certain mental health issues have no control over some of the things that they do when in fact play on their mental health issues a lot of different times.

SPEAKER_07

Me and Mr.

SPEAKER_09

Hagis' conversation, some of the things that they want to get away with. And I think that's where some of the outrage comes from because again, some people who are not educated on it don't know any better. They also have to tell themselves because that is something that now hurts them or triggers them to say, I have to put my faith in these people who are telling me that this is what it is, and that if this was an all-white audience and all white presenters, he would have still used that word.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah. Yeah. Uh I take my how how I look at it, and I'm gonna get to my next point after this, but I take the young lady at her word who who was explaining this whole thing while having an assortment of ticks and uncontrollable things that she couldn't she was saying, bitch, she was saying bitch. Like, it's a type of once I've heard her, I take her word as fact. You see what I'm saying? I I I don't think she can fake that. I mean, people could. I I'm not saying that is not a possibility, but I believe her. Yeah. And because I believe her, I don't put too much judgment. I don't care who was in the room, I think he would have still said it.

SPEAKER_09

Because I feel like if I was in the grocery store and I'm in the eye. People are gonna react. And someone with Tourette's is in the um in the eye with me, and they scream, You fat bitch, with a boochie, I'm gonna be like, Yo, ass ain't gonna be a good one. If I was skinny, if I was skinny, would you still have used fat bitch, even though you have Tourette's? Or would there have been a different term that had come out at that time?

SPEAKER_07

But see, that's the thing right there. So that's the thing right there where it's like, again, people are entitled to how they feel about the situations, but it's the point where you start pointing the fingers. If we are going to point fingers that started this uproar, and I honestly, if he if he's not a racist person, this is not this what they did and how they did it was fucked up on his part. Yeah. Because why would you set this man up for that?

SPEAKER_09

Just to point out your show, like which is why I go back to the introduction. Yeah.

Do We Owe Our Parents Care

SPEAKER_12

Oh, yeah, and I'm gonna get to that too. But I'm gonna answer your thing where if you was in a grocery store and they say you yells out, you fat bitch, right? This type of uh Tourette's right, it it hinders you from speaking those negative type thoughts. From what I understand, from what she was explaining and from what people was researching, and I was researching, that that thought in the back of your head that you know is not right to say, right, is where they have no control over. So because if you were skinny, right, in that situation, they they may have the thought of look at that skinny motherfucker over there, they can't control that. So whatever they see and uh in and whatever that tick decides to grab onto, even though they and we can control and say, hey, that's not something I should say right now, they can't control that impulse. So that impulse makes them shout out whatever negative thing that we know we should not say, they have no control of that. So it may be what they're seeing, and if you see the uh a uh you know uh a down baby running circles drooling and shit, you're not and you're not gonna say what you want to say in your head.

SPEAKER_09

So here's my thing to that though.

SPEAKER_07

Right, I was about to say you're not making a good idea.

SPEAKER_09

You have no control over the tick uh making you respond that way. You have no control over the thing.

SPEAKER_12

You have the the the thought of because we can we can control the thought, right? Right? We can control we can we can control that thought and say, I'm not gonna say this, that's a dumbass baby, right there. Right? Correct. But a person with Tourette's they can't stop that impulse.

SPEAKER_09

Correct. Right. So you can't stop the impulse. Yeah. But the thought originating has nothing to do with Tourette's.

SPEAKER_12

But you can't control that. Everybody have to. You can't control the thought coming out. That's not fair. That's not people can't use that as a ex uh because everybody has thoughts. Everybody has thoughts.

SPEAKER_09

But does everybody have thoughts of saying that word?

SPEAKER_12

Yes. Everybody. Everybody has thoughts about saying that word. I don't have thoughts of saying that word. Everybody, I'm not saying you perspective, but there's things that you wouldn't say that is offensive to people. There's everybody has something they would say that is offensive to people. No matter what it is. It might not be nigga, it might be something else. But there is something you have you have thought of something that is offensive to somebody, and you can control the fact and hold your tongue and not say it. That's my point. That's my point. They can't. I'm not talking about the control. You're talking about the thought. But everybody have thoughts like that. Everybody, they just can't, don't they? That's my point of so he could thought so being there of that word. Yes. White people say niggas. White people say nigga. White people that's white people are the outrage. I get it. White people are around other white people who say nigga, right? But the thing is, he can't control the fact that he can't say the word nigga. Correct. Right.

SPEAKER_09

Okay, he can't control that. But that's the point of the outrage, is what I'm saying. Yeah, I get it. But I think it's- The outrage is not about he has Tourette's and that he can't control it.

SPEAKER_12

That can think of word or nigga nigga. Like, okay, so what? Correct. Everybody can think of word or nigga.

SPEAKER_09

You know what I'm saying? But you saying that now only because you feel like you understand Tourette's because you've worked with someone. No, no, no, no, no. I'm just saying. You wouldn't have that same argument on the other end if it was someone without Tourette's.

SPEAKER_12

No, no, no, no. If if you have so someone without Tourette's is saying it maliciously then, right? Mm-hmm. He's not trying to be malicious. He can't control it.

SPEAKER_09

You're saying that you believe that he's not trying to be malicious. Because of the disease. Correct. Right. Because he can't control the outburst. Can't control it. But he can control the thought.

SPEAKER_12

He can't control the thought. That's what you believe. But hear what I'm saying. The disease, you can't thought, thought happens. Right? It's it's a neurological thing. Thought happens. Right?

SPEAKER_09

So like whenever you walk down the street and you see white people, you're just like, look at that cracker. Yo. That thought in your head? Plenty of times.

SPEAKER_12

Especially if they if they do something stupid.

SPEAKER_09

But that's that's a difference, though. No, no, it's not. It's not like you're saying that they had said something to do.

SPEAKER_12

What I'm saying is can you control thought? Like now we're coming down to like some science shit that I don't even want to touch, but like things pop in your head, yes? Mm-hmm. Like, can you control the things that pop in your head? Yeah, to an extent, yeah. To an extent. Yeah. So what extent that you don't what so what extent that you control Because I don't just naturally have certain types of They can't control that. No. People with directs can't control that. So whatever whatever pops in their head and they that neuron misfire. That doesn't pop in my head, though. But I'm saying you said you said you you can't you can't normally control what pops in your head.

SPEAKER_09

No, I'm saying I don't naturally would just think of those types of negative things.

SPEAKER_12

That's what I'm saying. What I'm saying is like those things that would pop in your head, especially negative or pop positive. You whatever pops in your head, sometimes you can control what pops in your head because that's what you want to think. Some other things, like, why the fuck did I even think that? Like some things just pop in your head that you hadn't just happens. I'm thinking I'm not again, I'm not a professor. I'm not a I don't I I don't know. I'm not a uh scientist. I'm not I believe that that control of thought that they can't control is what is being misfired and having them blurt out. Whatever whatever that. term of uh Tourette's is I'm I'm thinking is that so if if he sitting there and nigga the pops in the head that he can't it's a muscular thing it's not technically a thought what uh syndrome all right explain it so it what what what is it called actually it's called Tourette syndrome no no but there's a certain type of Tourette's that makes you say vulgar like the nasty negative stuff there's a certain type of Tourette's test for that but I'm off him because I don't I don't put any onuses my whole my whole point is that whole event the BF whatever the fuck they're responsible yeah I blame them because they're they could have really had the ability to they could have controlled that they was on a two hour delay like they had time to remove that they removed the free Palestine thing they removed other uh nasty slurs that he wrote said throughout the Tourette's they removed that the fact that they didn't remove the N-word out of it is a problem. It was intentional. Yeah now that is what I have an issue with and I guess I think one of the employees end up quitting or like quitting because of of their negligence of leaving that. So I I have more issue with them than I have with the guy. So but I I I I kind of want to get the the specific term of the type of Tourette's he has. I know the young lady mentioned it and nah no I'm gonna fuck up the way to say it but it's coprolalia or something like that.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah okay so the misconception of it is it's not a universal symptom of Tourette syndrome. It is estimated to affect only 10% to 30% of individuals within the nature of the tick, it's a complex vocal tick character characterized by the involuntary outburst of taboo words, derogatory remarks or offensive phrases these outbursts are not reflective of the person's thoughts, beliefs or intentions. Related symptoms a related symptom called coproxia involves the involuntary performance of obscene or socially inappropriate illness gestures or whatever absent of thought that the one with obscene not not the gestures but the one you read right before it where you the words it's absent of thought.

SPEAKER_12

Now again people's gonna theorize well that's somebody's perception of their science and that's their fact and we have to believe their fact and now it's getting technical but no I just wanted to point it out because the way you were saying it was actually wrong.

SPEAKER_07

That's what I so that's why I brought it up so it could be clarified because the way it's not a neurological thing. It has nothing to do with absent of thought right because you were saying they're thinking it but they can't control it.

SPEAKER_09

But that's what I'm saying that's my point because I'm like no if you're saying that they're thinking it then they have control of the thought they don't have control of the outburst I was wrong I was wrong all right that's why I was like wait that's wrong because you're proving the right point that's what I was saying I'm like they have control over what they're thinking they just don't have control they hear that was coming out let me fix this I was interpreting it wrong the way I the way I understood it. So yes I I that's what I was trying to say but I was saying it wrong I stand corrected my bad yeah all right cool yeah so yeah I have no issue with with because he just had no control of it it's the it's the fucking people that's what I was saying like the people that aren't educated on it that's the reason for their outcry because they don't understand you don't know no better that part of Tourette's that some people have it's absent of the thought. Gotcha of the thought so they're thinking that no you may not have control over the fact that it comes out but you absolutely have control over the fact that you thought about it in the first place. Gotcha oh okay I okay yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah that's what you're saying that's what they're saying that you thought about it knowing you think that those thoughts are within you and you have those what you were saying that that's what they're saying.

SPEAKER_07

Oh gotcha gotcha got you yeah yeah I was wrong I stand corrected yeah I but yeah again I blame I blame uh blame the production yeah because they did that on purpose whoever whoever that was that was supposed to because Warner Brothers called and told them Yes they had time to take it out take it out and they didn't they chose not to they chose not to they chose not to or whoever that main person was who decided to just go against the grain.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah yeah they should be fired yeah yeah but then you have to think because like you said that specific type only affects a very small percentage percentage of people yeah so now everyone with Tourette's that happens to say some ratchet ass shit are you now gonna categorize them say oh they must be the uh the one that can't control me like no because some of these bitches are racist you can have tourette and still be fucking racist and still utilize your Tourette's to say shit that you shouldn't be fucking saying.

SPEAKER_07

Exactly and that's where the outcry comes from now and that oh my God and I don't want to take this out further because it's so off of this and and and and that's the thing right there where it's like people take people's like their uh especially black people I'll say this we do this so often where we are fighting other people's battles yes like yes like oh yeah the gay community and this this this but just because they're gay don't mean they not racist right right just because this person is trans don't mean they not racist right you know what I'm saying so it's like come on y'all I I think this is my last little thought on it anybody I I'm at a I'm at a point or age that if anybody wanna use the N word against me against me right if they want to use it against me I feel like taking a power away and not reacting to it makes them feel even stupider.

SPEAKER_12

It does if people pay attention to I don't react to the word anymore because it doesn't define me at all so it it has no power for me to even get upset. Like I I can I understand it when I was young I was I was fighting for it like don't call me that whatever but at this point it's like this shit is old right I don't really I I I still use the word around the people I use it around because it's just a word to me. It literally is just a word to me I know the how offensive it can be but you use it against me then you have no power and you think that word is going to get you everything you need to I lost a fight against that word when black people couldn't stop using it.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah and I was like how dare you be outraged by somebody else when you stop using it yourself.

SPEAKER_12

Now it doesn't it doesn't give you the right to just walk around just shouting it out and slow but if you use it against me you're not gonna get the response that you're looking for.

SPEAKER_07

Right because it I really be my thing like when you see people out here just like swinging I mean do you that's that's what you feel like you need to do swing ahead do you but if you ever really pay attention to these racist people who have that much hate in their heart that when you are because they're they're they're basically narcissist people. They are narcissistic people I fucked that word up really bad. White people doing white things that's fighting and if you when they come at you with the oh you're from the ghetto and it's like like you come say I'm from the ghetto to me I'm gonna literally laugh my ass off in your face like because that is hilarious to me because really that's all you have.

SPEAKER_12

And I do it because it makes them even madder. Uh-huh because they're not getting the reaction that they and it it's it that fills me with joy.

SPEAKER_07

Didn't you see how stupid they sound after like you ever really get them so mad that they really become mentally inclined. It's fucking hilarious they went from I got a Harvard degree down to I do my ABCs.

BAFTA Outburst, Tourette’s, And Media Responsibility

SPEAKER_09

Like y'all really crazy like that's how much y'all hate is that it makes y'all stupid yeah yeah there's a a a a real quick story like that something happened at work recently where um someone at work a Hispanic woman she was um getting ready to take a vacation with her family to uh Columbia and her manager said to her and her manager said to her um just make sure you have something in place um in case you get uh detained um for coverage absolutely not for your work when you get back to being detained and she was a joke absolutely she was so outraged by her manager making that was such a racist comment and so she had made a complaint about it and another co-worker who's a white woman was like she was telling the story to and she said well I don't understand why she's so bothered by the statement I would be more bothered by the fact of oh my God what if I do get detained Wow and and it was you could tell that she was saying this because she truly wanted to understand wanted to understand and she's like no I would be more bothered or afraid of the fact that oh my God what if I did get detained and not for the fact that this person is saying oh you know what they said and I said okay I said you have to understand I said one you're a white woman I said but understand this this is why it's a problem I said because if she was Polish and she was going back home to Poland her boss wouldn't have made that statement. Right and she was like you're absolutely right they pick and choose and then they chalk it up to oh no that's not what I meant and they get trained they go to they take a training oh my god I sound like a white woman if you are not going to be universally disrespectful yeah shut the fuck up well I'm universally disrespectful so because and that's the problem like it even with this whole immigration thing yeah in general you only um bagging and tagging yes yep certain people yeah you are not running after immigrants from Poland from Europe from Italy from like you're not sure you don't care that they're here you don't care because they look like you're only running after the ones that don't look like you and that those are the ones that you deem to be a problem. Yep and that's the problem.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah that is yeah well do better bitches you know there's a thing called black ice really yeah it's on the ground during the winter oh shut the fuck so we should we could create a black so black ice um if we create our own black ice we can deport the white people nobody needs to get deported because everybody here is fucking immigrant so let's just chuck it up to we made this place I'm joking us but we made this place and let's just all shut the fuck up and live our lives if we use our black ice they just gonna slide right out that don't usually happen for you though right if we use our black ice right back in people keep inviting everybody to the goddamn cookout so I'm just you know can't invite salt to black ice you said what I can't wait to have a cookout I know oh it's coming spring is around the corner baby all right let's let's let's get ribs we've got a who you got yes let's uh liven this up okay let me let me go ahead so it's a it's a battle of the RB bridge we've got we've got two bridges which one which one has to go this was so difficult for me as soon as I find this shit this was so so difficult for me because I love both of these songs with all my heart and these both of these bridges mean something different to me at both different stages in my life okay I see which one has to go bridge do you take I got a 1v1 let's get into the first one bridge number one stop putting fingers the blame is on me I want a new life and I want it with you it will feel the same don't ever let up there we go down this big number two I do not let it be shit I know what let's just difficult for me all shit and you are absolutely right one of my pick is Boys to men baby Campbell got that all Tevin Campbell I meant that's right his name Tevin Campbell no I said Tevin Campbell got that Tevin Campbell got that hands down for me for me Tevin when I tell you it was so hard because that end yeah that album for me stayed in rotation for a good seven and a half centuries and that bridge you couldn't tell me nothing about that bridge I grew up singing that song I I actually I had a singing group when I was a kid I grew up singing that group nothing about that bridge I fucking love that song but then Tevin Tevin I felt like Tevin they both equal though but they both so equal but I ended up leaning to Tevin because I I relate more to Tevin with that was that was why yeah I love that one more time you like that song because you probably broke somebody's heart and that was why I leaned to Tevin because I never broke nobody's heart like that more about someone having to um realize they having to realize that they fucked up where Tevin related more to me because I like getting cheese number two with you I will not let you leak it right now leaking right now yeah I I can see why you would do you would go Tvin there kilt it definitely go Tvin there kilted that shit gave me chills some big ass bumps that shit really ooh yeah I love that yeah I was I was a heartbreaker so when I came across that I was like that's the devil that was a good fucking really that right there because he was doing his research and I was like what does that say that you have a one man against an entire group yeah yeah yeah and they're equally uh you know Wanye killed that so it was Wanye against Tevin It was Wanye versus Tevin It was Wanye no you know what so crazy because again don't kill me I'd never listen to their albums shut up voiceman dead ass really I always just the song oh my god Roman numeral unless somebody unless unless somebody like you know like oh did you hear this or whatever but I've never really that album was filled with number one songs it was y'all know how I'm old school and like it gets the recognition it doesn't but y'all know I'm old school and I love the temptations shut the fuck up and they did a cover of my favorite song by the Temptations um just my imagination and they fucking rocked that fucking cover and this was I think back when they like when they originally first came out that they had did this but I'm just now fucking here and it's now it's like where was I where was I they bodied it so that's in that's in rotation on my playlist like that's crazy voice in men will always be my one of my favorite singing groups yeah you always say that their number one yo you know what I realized that one of my favorite uh groups isn't as good as I thought they were Joe Dicey Jodice Yeah we talked about this a couple episodes oh my god yeah I remember that song I told you to play that shit their first album their first album was fucking amazing and I don't know what happened after that but oh Jesus Jesus Christ but anyway and Mary left but yeah yeah now we're on your favorite part of the show like a dream got the ball run out and tell the friends back in the house once again live the life dad of damas and guns and now James will get like a big sand pull on stems the wall got the ball run out and tell the friend on him I heard you be beagling is I mean this is probably a throwaway but do you believe that eighty percent of arguments start because someone hasn't eaten yet yes I'm gonna say no but uh I believe eighty percent of arguments begin because people just need to be fed yes and that doesn't mean exactly that was good yeah I agree absolutely that's very clever I think my wife was on that today because I could have just eaten and still start an argument you don't even be fed yeah that is very true walking the house what's wrong with you fuck you bitch me be in the bad road right yo very true very true I like that all right if y'all don't know a show has came back on a what a show has came back on come back on came back on that sound weird come come back on came back on it's like swam I hate that word I fucking hate swam anyway how do you tell a someone that are you okay how do you tell someone they breath smell like shit in Bridgerton language you lit liquor Bridget Bridgerton just came back SPEAKER_12

Mmm. Mmm.

SPEAKER_09

SPEAKER_07

Who's going first? I wanna see if you're gonna say what I'm gonna say. No, go ahead. Who you picking? Oh, you picking him or whoever. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

I'm like, BBH! BBH! B B H.

SPEAKER_07

Then you'd be like, yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Is that for me or Mr.? That's for you. That's for me. What would you yell for me? And I know it was for me, because BBH. What would I do?

SPEAKER_11

I don't even know what BBH means. I don't even want to know.

SPEAKER_09

You know what BBH means.

SPEAKER_11

Do I? Yeah. Oh. Yeah, okay, yeah, I do.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, yeah, I do. I'll call you Boochie.

SPEAKER_04

SPEAKER_12

SPEAKER_04

SPEAKER_07

SPEAKER_09

You will hear me. You will hear me.

SPEAKER_04

SPEAKER_07

Nope. What I would scream for you to get your attention to be like, I'm a producer. You turn around. You turn around.

SPEAKER_09

I'm like, look at that Clyde today.

SPEAKER_04

See, that's exactly I don't know.

SPEAKER_12

SPEAKER_09

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_12

I'll call you. Hey, forehead or something. Something cute.

SPEAKER_07

That's crazy. I make a little money. I'm gonna get a forehead and a nose job.

SPEAKER_09

You're gonna let them staple together. Talk about I'm I'm gonna have them switch.

SPEAKER_04

Oh shit. I mean it fits.

SPEAKER_12

SPEAKER_10

Okay, that's my gems. Oops, thanks. That's my used to call me.

SPEAKER_00

SPEAKER_12

Okay, okay, okay, okay. Fuck that. Bridgerton.

SPEAKER_07

SPEAKER_12

I know I know. I ain't gonna I ain't gonna spoil nothing. But what's his son's name right now?

SPEAKER_07

What's that son's name? Oh, um, his name escapes me.

SPEAKER_12

Um what the fuck is his name? The Bridgerton boy. Broderick. What's his name? Broderick. No, it's not the dumb motherfucker trying to find a girl from the dance.

SPEAKER_04

Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_12

Motherfucker. You can't be that damn dumb. You can't be that dumb. She didn't. That mask, she is not Superman.

SPEAKER_09

She's Daredevil.

SPEAKER_12

You can't tell. You can't tell that's her. You can't tell that's her. You you can't.

SPEAKER_09

They all look alike.

SPEAKER_12

It's only four of them there.

SPEAKER_04

And Yes, I am easy, TBC.

SPEAKER_07

And then, and then I was trying so hard at the last.

SPEAKER_12

And then finger pops on the on the stair stairwell.

SPEAKER_07

Oh my goodness.

SPEAKER_12

Right? I asked her to be his mistress. That part was wild to me. It was. That's where he's really an idiot. Yo, and still not know. The painting, yo. The painting in her is sitting in the oh, you even get to that part. But the the painting in her sitting in the same fucking room. I ain't gonna ruin any paint. You can't put two and two together. You can't put two and two together.

SPEAKER_11

You you oh tiny.

SPEAKER_09

Oh my god. See I are you there?

SPEAKER_12

You don't know me.

SPEAKER_07

That's crazy. Not you call me tiny.

SPEAKER_12

But yeah. He can't be that dumb.

SPEAKER_07

Absolutely.

SPEAKER_12

SPEAKER_09

Paradise is back out.

SPEAKER_12

Yes, Paradise.

SPEAKER_09

Is it just one episode? It's three. No, it's three.

SPEAKER_12

Did you read did you watch any of it?

SPEAKER_09

No, no, yeah. Because I thought it was just one episode, so I was like, well, I'm just gonna wait until it's three episodes that come out Monday. It's fucking good.

SPEAKER_07

Another one comes out Monday, so it's fucking good.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah. Um yeah. Damn. So, alright, so we can talk about Bridget and uh Paradise next next episode. What? That was me. That was that was a gremlin trying to get out. I'm hungry.

SPEAKER_09

Because we know what those throats do.

SPEAKER_12

Holy shit.

SPEAKER_09

Which is why we should have looked at him.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_12

Whoa.

SPEAKER_07

Power Of Words, Outrage, And Strategy

SPEAKER_05

Solomon is Jackson.

unknown

Solid Miss Jackson.

SPEAKER_03

Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_01

Miss Jackson, am I overreacting or is it valid? I wanna have a one-on-one convo about the man you sacrificed your life for so the world could see his talent. He's a legend now, I guess the word died, but I need some answers. Are you happy with the way he's been holding your family name? I need to know, cause I can't sleep at night thinking you died in vain. I think it got to him. People won't tell him because he's pale. The emperor's new clothes are tail, we need to tell. We failed too many times from sales or either jail. Cats got nine lives, one more will ring the bell, and I don't wanna do it. Reason I came to you, I'm hoping you could talk me through it. Maybe it's something that you could tell me. Bring some understanding. I'm more level-headed than the people headed to his mansion. I hope you know it's time sensitive. I think it really was a little confused, but I won't mention it. Pardon me if I'm digging it, hate to have you reliving it. You supposed to be resin. But just a few questions. Do you whisper in his ear before he makes the decisions? Can he hear you past the nervous laugh? He does when he's timid. And is it really happy time took the basket and gimmicks led to the actual bitch?
